I am an experienced labour and employment mediator based in Toronto, Canada, having successfully completed over 2,000 mediations in 15 years of practice.  I hold an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, as well as certificates in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Advanced ADR from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.

I specialize in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering constructive dialogue between employers, unions, and employees. My goal is to promote fair and equitable outcomes that support long-term collaboration and healthy work environments.
